- Develop and design innovative training / learning & talent development activities, and implement approaches that meet CT China operational needs;
- 开发和设计创新的培训/学习和人才发展活动,并实施符合CT中国运营需求的方法;
- Develop and implement effective New Employee Orientation / Induction program and Leadership Development program;
- 制定并实施有效的新员工入职培训/入职培训和领导力发展计划;
- Develop, implement and make continuous improvement on the performance management framework, and oversee & manage all activities related to its cycle to ensure effectiveness and relevance to business needs;
- 制定,实施和持续改进绩效管理框架,并监督和管理与其周期相关的所有活动,以确保有效性和与业务需求的相关性;
- Support all departments making and implementation of talent reviews and succession plan of critical positions;
- 支持各部门制定和实施关键岗位的人才考核和继任计划;
- Provide advice to supervisors and managers involved in employee development efforts and performance management process;
- 为参与员工发展工作和绩效管理过程的主管和经理提供建议;
- Foreshadow the best trends in talent development and performance management, and integrate appropriate practices into CT China;
- 预示人才发展和绩效管理的最佳趋势,并将适当的实践融入CT中国;
- Develop & maintain organizational communications (such as intranet, bulletin boards, e-mail, e-newsletter etc.) to ensure employees aware about policies, process, events and resources about Training / Learning & Talent Development and Performance Management;
- 开发和维护组织沟通(如内部网,公告板,电子邮件,电子通讯等),以确保员工了解有关培训/学习和人才发展和绩效管理的政策,流程,事件和资源;
- Generate appropriate reports for recording, monitoring, measuring, analysis and management review;

- Make Job Evaluations, build competency models and career path;

- Perform other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as needed by the Human Resources department or requested by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field;
- 人力资源管理或相关专业本科学历;
- A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible working experience in human resources management, several of which must be in the areas of performance management, staff training / learning & development, leadership development, succession planning and / or employee engagement;
- 至少5年在人力资源管理方面逐步负责的工作经验,其中必须在绩效管理,员工培训/学习与发展,领导力发展,继任计划和/或员工参与度方面;
- Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions;
- 有设计和交付各种培训解决方案的经验;
- Project experiences of job evaluation, talent panel, competency model, or leading performance improvement programs preferred.
- 有岗位评估、人才面板、能力模型或领导绩效提升项目经验者优先。
- Familiar with MS office software, proficiency in Excel
- 熟悉微软办公软件,熟练使用Excel;
- Fair in English .more than 2 years working experience in foreign companies.
- 英语熟练,有2年以上外企工作经验。
