工作内容

1, Able to complete all Technician Responsibilities with 100% accuracy. 能够满足所有技术职责的要求及100%的维修准确率。

2, Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality with a 95% success rate of diagnosing the problem while working within the escalation procedure. 独立完成对日常故障的发现和修理，在升级程序指定模式下具有95%的成功率能够诊断出问题。

3, Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality and secondary modality. 在机器的指定模式和次要模式下进行日常校准和预防性维护。

4, Perform installations with assistance, on designated and secondary modality. 能够在机器的指定模式和次要模式下，通过必要的帮助进行安装。

5, Work safely in confined areas, including high current/ high voltages modulators (20 - 50 kV, 1500A), and use peripheral vision to gauge distances. 7, Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. 根据产品的图纸、图表和接线图上的信号流，能够完成阅读并充分的分析和解释。

10, Submit timely and accurately; Case/work order in CLM, service reports, expense reports, TLD badges and other paper work as assigned. 及时并准确提交各类技术报告，如CLM系统中的工作处理记录、服务报告、费用报表、TLD badges及其他指定的文案的处理。

11, Parts inventory management both on site and in CLM. 管理CLM系统中和现场的零件库存。

13, Maintain all company equipment, including company computer, parts, and tools. 维护公司的所有设备，包括公司计算机、零件和工具等。

1, 3-7 years of experience in customer services field. 1~3年的客户服务领域工作经验。

2, At least 2 years working experience in multinational company. 至少 1 年跨国公司工作经验。

3, Good analytical, problem-solving and technical skills to be effective. 良好的分析、解决问题能力及娴熟的专业技术。

4, Major in engineering, Industrial Automation/Electrical & Power Engineering is preferred. 毕业于工程、工业自动化/电气与动力工程等相关专业的优先。
